Projects
Twenty years of building the machine.
I architect the system, write the code, and own the product, then make the marketing on top of it compound. A sampling of the companies I’ve built, scaled, and turned around, and how they were engineered.
Event-driven growth systems, built with AI
Architecture & engineering
- Cold outbound at 1M emails/mo: Python/TypeScript pipelines orchestrating enrichment (Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator), deliverability infra (SendGrid, Smartleads), and intent signals (SEMrush) across a multi-inbox sending fabric.
- Voice agents: led product and built inbound/outbound conversational agents in Python & TypeScript: telephony + LLM orchestration, state machines, and CRM write-back.
- Sales automation: REST-API integrations syncing HubSpot, Salesforce, and Klaviyo; event-based workflows and a unified contact/data model.
- AI-native delivery: ship with Claude Code, Cursor, AMP, and n8n; generative media with Sora, Kling, and Veo.
- Data & cloud: Postgres/MySQL + DynamoDB/MongoDB; reporting in PowerBI, Looker, GA, and Adobe; deployed on AWS/Azure/GCP with Git-based CI.
$0 → $1.2B, on infrastructure I modeled and built
Systems & product
- Financial modeling: authored the core models (driver-based, scenario-tested) used to secure $1.2B in capital.
- Process automation: migrated legacy operations into a digital-first stack; automated patient intake and billing end-to-end.
- Scrappy operations: owned internal ops for a lean team and ran $36M of M&A activity.
- Product leadership: set the roadmap that tied operational tooling to the capital story.
Performance marketing + operational redesign
Marketing engineering & ops
- $120K/mo allocated across Meta/IG and email; influencer & ad-ops systems.
- Warehouse operations: redesigned pick/pack workflow, cutting error rates below 8%.
- Led product: partnered with engineering to align the roadmap to marketing requirements.
Full-cycle product discovery to launch
Product & automation
- Music Therapy launch: $6M in year one, $8M in year two.
- Second product line to $250K MRR in four months.
- $375K/mo managed across Meta, Google, and email with full marketing-automation flows.
Untangling broken funnels and broken teams
Tracking architecture & conversion systems
- Refund-reduction system: process that dropped refunds 38%→8% and pushed retention from 3 to 18 months.
- “Conversational canvass”: a non-linear conversion model (first prototyped in 2007). Session-path tracking, proprietary-term SEO, and action-based retargeting state machines.
- Event & tag architecture: GA event/UTM schemas and named-tracker plumbing across properties; mapped end-to-end in Lucidchart.
- Real Dose: took a 6-month-overdue, un-optimizable funnel live in 3 weeks, united three feuding partners, and coached one into the CEO seat.
$0 → $56M ARR: architected and shipped
Architecture & full-stack development
- System architecture for the web applications powering the business.
- Frontend development in HTML/PHP/Ajax; automated all things email.
- Desktop product: led product for a C#/.NET application.
- Database-deep: hands-on with the team down to seek-time and read/write throughput at ~3,000 req/s; conference speaker and webinar host.
Technical profile
I’m not a marketer who learned to talk to engineers, or an engineer who picked up marketing. I’ve owned both for two decades: from the financial model to the database tuning to the ad account.
